- RRrameshDec 27, 20251.0This bank is completely backwards. There is no clear indication that customers must use a QR code to sign in just to see a banker. After signing in, I went to the teller to withdraw cash, then returned and sat down to wait. Despite the system showing that I was registered as number one in line, the banker looked at me, checked his watch, and chose not to verify who was actually next. Instead, he helped the person closest to him. That was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Wells Fargo continues to disappoint me with poor customer service and inefficient processes. Experiences like this make it hard to trust or recommend this bank.

Feels like I’m being nickel and dimmed🥺 so in an expensive economy, there is no loyalty back from the bank. They just want loyalty from the client/customer sad. do better Wells Fargo because if not, I might be looking at a different bank or credit union
