All that and she’s fun besides. Thanks TruStone for empowering her to get her job done and not have to be constantly getting okays from other corporate like has experience at another bank that moves five times as slowly and is ever so cumbersome.

- RRRachealSep 8, 20252.0I've been banking with Truestone for over 10 years. I have had fraud charges multiple times in the past without any issues getting my money refunded. Well this past April, I ordered some security cameras for our house before going on vacation. They never arrived. So I contacted the company and rather than refund me, they charged me a 2nd time! I never received the cameras. Even after escalating to manager. I contacted Truestone and reported the fraud back in June, gave copies of my confirmation email. Ive escalated this twice now and was told that the dept working on this cannot give a refund that member services has to? I have spoke to them multiple times and feel like I am getting the run around.
