They do charge 8% for cashing change if you don't have an account with them, which was not posted anywhere. I have an account there and they did not ask. I mentioned depositing some to my husband, but I guess the teller didn't hear me. They sure did short us and I only found out about the charge because I went to the Alexandria Wells where it is clearly posted.
