- MMMatt MainsJun 19, 20181.0This was a great bank when Anchor owned it. I was with Anchor for 20 years. Since selling out to OLD national its been a disaster. First the screwed up sending out the new cards , then changed all of the things about Anchor Bank that made it special. So now they operate like Wells Fargo. As we all know bankers are generally crooks, but Wells Fargo actually got busted for it. I hope OLD national does too. Horrible Bank. Not worth 1 Star!

I've had to replace my debit card twice in the past five years, and the fact that they don't provide a temporary ATM card (like every other bank) while you wait 2-3 weeks for your card replacement is incredibly inconvenient. The second time I waited 3 weeks for my replacement and when I brought it up no one had even placed the order, though they apologized profusely and had it made and delivered the NEXT DAY. Which was awesome except why does it take three weeks if you can do it in a day? Is there a happy middle ground we could find? Their debit cards also, for some reason, don't work at many vendors regardless of the funds in my account and I have to carry my more reliable Discover card for when the machines won't accept the card.
