The only reason I haven't pulled my business after over 30 years is they reversed all the new service fees they heaped on me after I complained. I may still pull it, time will tell. I have heard nothing good from former staff who either left or were asked to leave because of staff cutbacks---some current staff are not all that happy either, that says a lot about the change
