- CSChristina SchuhNov 24, 20251.0Well if I could I would give this bank and all Wells Fargo bank 0 stars. They purposely hold deposits so things clear the bank and you get over drafts. This has happend to me numerous of times and have costed me thousands of dollars over the years. From here on out I will be banking else where and don’t recommend this bank to anyone.

- PHPaul HarrisMay 13, 20221.0Ryan, the store manager is words I can not say on here. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for decades. And have never met a Ryan Before. Lol. That guy should be a clerk. Because he had no idea what I went to bank for. He then told me I needed to make an appointment for help. Which would be in a week. I was the only person in the bank. He made a power play just to be a you know what. I almost closed my account, but that would let him win. My advice is stay away from Ryan. Super passive aggressive 🤓
- MGMatt GlowackiJun 13, 20161.0After I had asked the manager if we could have a seat the Manager on duty said "I don't have time to help you because I have more important things I have to do." mind you also I had patiently been waiting for 45 min prior to being told this. I am personally going to request this very manager to be the one to close out my account, I'm looking forward to a bank that has time to take care of me and show concern for me the customer. When you lose or have a card stolen, Wells Fargo makes all sorts of hoops to jump through... Not being able to set me up a temporary card as their service hotline suggested made me boil. I can not beleive a MANAGER would stoop so low to say that he didn't have the time to help me and had better things to be doing. poor service.
