- MMmw16Jun 25, 20251.0huntington is a better option!! took weeks to hear back about a loan approval just to find out we didn’t qualify (not pressed) just they had 4 different ways of contacting us and we never received any confirmation/communication until we called and demanded a different representative, kinda just pushed us off and kept sending us to the voice mail or saying the person wasn’t in at that time! 👎 extremely disappointing especially because we’ve banked with blaze for years now, since they’ve sold it the company the service went in the toilet

His customer service and detail to solving any issues has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone that needs that personal touch with your money needs. Since Blaze bought Spire there were a lot of hiccups but Shane was able to smooth everything out for me.
