- DRDane Rauschenberg2 days ago5.0Not too shabby! I mean, not everything is ever going to be perfect so there’s no reason to be rude just because you are semi anonymous. So go here and see for yourself if you like it. Sometimes we have bad days and shouldn’t try to close a business because of a small snafu. I mean, I could be super specific and tell you who I worked with and what great service I had, or what wonderful food I was able to have, but that stuff changes day-to-day and we all need to realize that and stop being so snarky to people simply because we have the power to do so with a super computer in our hand. That’s why I am making sure to leave good reviews on places so that the world can maybe be a nicer place. We all need it.

Once I moved out of Minneapolis the customer service dropped to a new low. They charged my account without my knowledge and cleaned out the balance. And then sent me a mail stating that I owe them $45. When I called the customer service to enquire and possibly pay to close out the account, they said that I have to visit a branch in-person and that they will not help me over phone. It is pathetic.
