All I did was ask some tough but polite questions about investing strategy. I believe everybody should be financially literate and some good advice is better than no advice, but I would look elsewhere. Someone who tells skeptical customers they are "closed minded" is someone who won't go far in business and whose advice on anything should be questioned.
