- EHErin HemenwaySep 28, 20242.0I was attempting to work with Curtis on an account change. It was challenging to get ahold of him. I finally got ahold of him in May and he said he would take care of the change. I received a piece of mail in July and the change was not made. I reached out again and he did attempt to include someone else in the change. I had not heard from him so I checked my account in September and the change was still not made and then informed me he was no longer working my account. I was very disappointed.
