I met with Ryan and Tim regarding opening a new account and received top level customer service. They walked me through the process and were very helpful with their suggestions which resulted in a successful meeting. SO much better than a big bank setting!
- MMmarkram08Nov 13, 20251.0Was hoping things would get better post merger, but these guys are worse than spire and hiway's worst days on their best. Been fighting to get a lien payoff for almost a month now on a vehicle that was paid off over 4 years ago. This bank never filed with the state of MN to let them know the vehicle was paid off which is now causing huge problems as the vehicle has been totalled and I need proof the lien has been released to get my 24k payout. I called these people last Monday and told them what was going on. I was told by the rep on the phone that they would send me a lien payoff immediately and instead just sent me a generic document explaining that spire has gone through a merger rather than a lien release delaying the payout yet again. Definitely dont trust a place with your money that cant even keep legal documentation in order. Children running lemonade stands are more organized and professional than anyone in this company.
