- JKJenara KanoaJul 11, 20251.0A bit of laziness and 'not my job' attitude lives here, by the name Will. We were finalizing an auto loan nearby. What should have been an in and out transaction of picking up a cashier's check became a waiting game waste of time. We were working with the Columbia Heights office, which was on task and quick to respond all morning as we worked through paperwork at a dealership. The Eagan location was closer for check pick up, but instead of doing their job they left the Columbia Heights office believing they would finalize and print the check, which for some reason they did not, without communicating. We ended up driving all the way back to Columbia Heights just to drive all the way back to Saint Paul with the check. I like Wings, so this was really disappointing.
