Upon arrival on a busy Friday afternoon, I was met by Luke who asked me if how he could assist me. Keep in mind this man was being called in every direction from tellers to other advisors while also dealing with his own customer. He checked in to ask me what my needs were and quickly assessed if he could help immediately. He stepped away for a few minutes as multiple tellers and additional customers were calling on him. He quickly returned advised me of a better process for my needs and let me know that they could accommodate me asap. In this day and age where you have to make an appointment days in advance for service, I found this to be excellent customer service values. I was able to handle my business the same day which is worth its weight in gold when assisting my elderly handicapped parent.
