- VTVinnie TimNov 17, 20253.0When it was still Bremmer bank, I was able to use my card to go into the entrance to use the inside ATM. I do not feel comfortable using the drive up ATM and now that your old national bank, My card would not work. The door was locked little disappointing.

Zelle account was not sending payments, called customer service and their guidance caused my Zelle account and External Transfers to be frozen. I was told to visit a branch to unlock my accounts, so I went to the Eagan location. They said the issues would be resolved within one business day. Despite a follow up email and call to the representative I worked with (no response), my accounts remain locked over one week later. I will have to visit a different location to see if anyone can help, which is an inconvenience. The second star is for easy parking, a nice facility, and the rep being personable during my visit.

They seem to have a park area setup next door but they call the police on anyone that uses it including people with children or people taking their dogs for a walk. Only one lane for the vehicle ATM area. ATM is broken. Management should be re-evaluated
