- HHHarrison HornAug 31, 20215.0A little disappointed when I went in last week because I asked a lady about opening a checking and a savings and she just told me to go online and open the account and seem like she didn’t have an interest of helping me at all. I opened the account online and it said I still had to go inside of the branch. I brought this up to Nicholas D, And he seem like he went out of his way to help my wife and I solve our problem same day and we even had a flight to catch and he still was enthusiastic speedy and very informational. Thank you for helping us

Even when you do get a hold of someone they are pretty short with you. I'm thinking they are good with the business they have and have no interest in new business.
