- KCKalyn Carmody-KleinOct 3, 20251.0I went to deal with the many fees that I was being charged and gave them almost $300 in fees to get everything current I asked to close the account well you need an appointment or you can try another branch?? The teller was polite but there were only two workers and they constantly would leave the person they were helping to go work the drive through what in the hell that is horrible customer service! So they make it difficult to basically do anything without making an appointment alrighty then awful bank glad to be done with them
