I thought I made an appointment at another location for this morning but I didn't press the confirm button at the end of creating the appointment. I found out when I arrived at 9 AM at the first location that I didn't have an appointment. It was recommended that I call other locations as I needed assistance by 10:40 AM. I happened to call Trent's location and he fit me right in! The best service I've experienced at all three branches that I've been to in the last month. From the Branch Manager to Trent, I was taken care of very well at the Superior Street location. I'm very impressed and grateful!
