- DSDonna StrawhornNov 20, 20141.0I gave them a 1 because there was not a "0". I have had a CD,checking and saving account here for a long time. The problem comes when I wanted to renew said CD. We were talked into a different "CD". We were told that there was no fee for this CD also that we would never loose any money if we left it for 7 years. In the first month we lost $11,000.00. The we also found out that they charge $52.00 a year to keep this account. I am taking all money out of here except for the "CD" because I have to leave it for the 7 years. Also this "CD" is not FDIC insured and the principal is not guaranteed. If I would have known this I would have never agreed to this "CD". DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!!
