- MLMaria LNov 24, 20255.0I was attempting to call WF Dealer Services for a copy of the lien release on an old car. Being that I didn't have a current auto account with them they kept transferring me to a different department and the line hung up all four times upon transfer. I stopped by the store hoping they would be able to help me. Upon entry I noticed the location was bright and clean. There weren't any customers ahead of me in the lobby but I saw a few in offices already being helped. I was greeted by both clerks, told it would be just a minute as 1 teller was signing off (and it was). I explained what I needed was directed to Ryan who informed me they couldn't obtain the document in store but he would help me call. He brought me to his office got through the system on his phone, (there was no hanging up on the internal line transfer) and it probably took 2 mins to verify my information and get the request for copy submitted. Not happy with Wells Fargo dealer services, but very grateful Ryan stopped his day and took the time to help me out.

Zoey, working alone, was the most patient, kind, positive, genuine, and helpful teller I have ever experienced! She was like this with EVERY customer 🤗 So heartwarming to see, hear, observe and be a part of this experience, especially in today's climate (which is just the opposite). Zoey, I want you to know "we all appreciate you!"
