- DFDanielle Forsman-EarlDec 30, 20251.0Ive read the reviews and they have the same problem. One teller helping 15 people waiting in line with 5 bankers sitting in their cubicles. One of the bankers (Cody? Cole?) was having a personal conversation in line with some guy. Talking about holiday plans and what not. They obviously knew eachother. Really not the time or place when you have 15 people getting angry waiting for the one teller. Read the room bro. So many reviews surrounding this one issue. Hopefully they get the hint eventually and redistribute their resources. Once I got to the counter Haley was great. Wonderful service and knowledgeable but I was already pretty frustrated by the time I got there. Not fair to Haley since she was doing her job and doing great.

Had no problem patiently waiting until they started serving people who came after me before serving me. They also had my information wrong on my accounts. Had me saying out loud my SSN in PUBLIC... and REPEATING it!!!!... like wthelly 😂😂... I closed my account right away and took my finances elsewhere. Best decision I've made in a while.
