  I got an account here because of no fees. All of a sudden, there's a fee for not having a minimum amount. No warning. They said they "notified" Me in April. How? I don't know. Maybe email. Sad thing is, I was in the bank in June and they did not tell or warn me about not having a minimum in my account. I complained and they would not refund my money. Well Trustone. You are now corrupt like Wells Fargo. Congratulations.

  I tried to call to make an appointment for a home equity loan. I almost hung up because the push 1, push 2 was so unhelpful. Once I got a human being, it was worse. All she did was convince me I should have hung up. She wouldn't even make the appointment for me. I've had an account so long my member number is only 5 digits. I've had a mortgage thru "this" credit union from back when it was US Federal Credit Union. No more. I'm calling American Finance.

  Showed up since the drive thru should be open at 5:46pm to deposit money I had only to find out they never updated the new times for the drive thru to 5:30pm so now I have to wait till Monday because I work Saturday mornings and don't wanna walk around with 400 in one's my friend prank gifted me for my wedding. They need to be better about updating their online times and not just a posted sign. I drove all the way to this location because it said it's drive thru would be open and I'd make it in time!

  Edited review ** Trustone management took my review very seriously. They reached out to me and let me know the consequences of said employees actions. I still would not recommend boat loans through they are not as experienced as other banks when it comes to terms and options. Original review ** Treated us like we had no money or experience in what we were doing. Also tried to get us to do a ballon loan and never told us that while we were 29 hours into the loan process AFTER getting approved. We are a young couple and I do believe he took that as an advantage to screw us over as he seemed to already have an opinion on us. He did not know what he was doing when it comes to the loan and had to call and email multiple times before sending application into underwriting when the previous day we were there in person. I would not trust this branch for anything as they are entitled. Walter also threw his hands down at his desk and sighed so hard at us he threw his phone off his desk. VERY VERY disgusted and frustrated that we were treated this way. Again WALTER was his name.

  If I could give 0 stars I really would. Walter was our loan officer and he treated myself and my girlfriend as if we were an inconvenience and did not want to help us at all. Multiple times he threw his hand up and scoffed at us when we discussed needed documents. He misinformed us multiple times that he didn’t need any more information before going to proceed. His customer service skills are subpar and truly unacceptable to anyone. If you were ever considering using TruStone financial I would really recommend looking elsewhere before giving them your business.
