- DGdavid grilzAug 29, 20251.0I got an account here because of no fees. All of a sudden, there's a fee for not having a minimum amount. No warning. They said they "notified" Me in April. How? I don't know. Maybe email. Sad thing is, I was in the bank in June and they did not tell or warn me about not having a minimum in my account. I complained and they would not refund my money. Well Trustone. You are now corrupt like Wells Fargo. Congratulations.

I still would not recommend boat loans through they are not as experienced as other banks when it comes to terms and options. Original review ** Treated us like we had no money or experience in what we were doing. Also tried to get us to do a ballon loan and never told us that while we were 29 hours into the loan process AFTER getting approved. We are a young couple and I do believe he took that as an advantage to screw us over as he seemed to already have an opinion on us. He did not know what he was doing when it comes to the loan and had to call and email multiple times before sending application into underwriting when the previous day we were there in person. I would not trust this branch for anything as they are entitled. Walter also threw his hands down at his desk and sighed so hard at us he threw his phone off his desk. VERY VERY disgusted and frustrated that we were treated this way. Again WALTER was his name.
