- KWK8 WillsDec 29, 20251.0terrible customer service from bankers. i just waited and waited and waited while the bankers walked past me to make copies and walked away. they weren’t seeing any other customers. the place was dead. i picked up the business cards at the front desk to start calling each one in their office and they didn’t answer. finally i knocked on one of their doors to get help. bad impression.
