- BBBjorn BerntsonAug 29, 20252.0While the staff were as helpful as they could be, this location was severely understaffed on a Friday afternoon and I was unable to open a basic checking account after waiting 20 minutes. I wasted an hour of my time due to incompetence of management. I wasted told I needed an appointment to open account, but historically I’ve never needed to book one (historically, Wells Fargo didn’t even require consent to open accounts!)
