  Banked with Klein since I could remember. Still have my first account I opened. Once they were bought out. All services have drastically gone down the drain. Customer service especially. My mother also uses old national and just recently her Amazon account was hacked and someone stole over $200 from her account. She spend hours apon hours on hold and on the phone with old nationals horrible service for them to tell her they won't get her money back even though it was stolen. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I recommend no one to bank with old national. Nothing about them screams we are here for you. I have issues with Ronald Reagan but one thing he was absolutely correct on is the scariest 9 words to hear are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help" Old national might not be the government directly but they get bailed out by them and told what to do by them. You are just an extension on the governments hand and you're the hand we wipe out areas with. If you have an account with them, think about changing. I know I'm dropping these degenerates as should anyone else. No need to thank me.

  Used to have great customer service untill they have been sold. Now not so good. And dont use the app to make payments it will randomly choose the wrong date and they will not take ownership of the issue and not cover any NSFs accrued do to the glitch.

  I had a very bad experience closing an HSA I got through work. They let this account slip into the negative with no warning except for a statement. When I called, their attitude was that of "nobody put a gun to your head to make you open an account."
