- NTNicole TindolDec 29, 20251.0The WORST branch I’ve ever been to. We’ve banked with Wells Fargo as a family for over 50 years. My aged parents needed to add me to their account. I’m visiting from out of state, so we go into the bank and they wouldn’t work with us and help us- they said,” booked with appointments for the day.”However, when I entered, I clearly saw a banker sitting at his desk on his cell phone, no appointment. My parents are in their 90’s and the situation just arose and they wouldn’t fit us in. Terrible service and lazy workers. This branch gives Wells Fargo a terrible name and makes me consider changing banks all together.
