- RVR. V.Oct 10, 20223.0I Loved FireFly ( US Federal Credit Union) Now TrueStone Financial. I really miss FireFly. Some things were better when it was just them. We no longer have them things. Such as one making a return somewhere the money would almost if not right away it would get posted back to our accounts. Since now it’s TrueStone I have seen returns take over two weeks for money to get posted back to your account So upsetting. Things no longer being the same. We lost some of the good things we to had when it was FireFly. TrueStone is still a good bank. Just some really good things we used to have are now disappeared.

The branches are very polite, helpful and make this a positive bank. The corporate side needs drastic improvement with policy and communication.

I have a mortgage loan at a very reasonable rate. I have been able to reach someone quickly whenever I have questions and they have been answered cheerfully.
