We went to the burnsville branch today to help get her some answers and money, as she still hasn't received her new debit card that she was informed by mail of 3 weeks ago. 1st of all, we stood at the front desk when we walked in for a few minutes before the woman from the farthest teller booth from the door hollerd to us, is there something I can help you with? Then proceeds to be incredibly unhelpful, rude and curt. She's dealing with a 92 yr old woman! My auntie was asking questions and she was so rude saying I don't understand what you want, if you need money, you can make a withdrawal! Like that's a solution for not having access to her money via a debit card...... (cue the eye roll). I was dumbfounded at her lack of understanding of what customer service should be or just being a decent human for that matter. I didn't get her name, but only saw her and a darker haired woman there. And excuse me but they're still using paper slips to do a withdrawal?? Wow... I'll be moving her to another bank ASAP!

Really,this is the worst bank I've been to,and there's a lot of bad ones out there. This one tops the cake. Please-please find a bank that appreciates the business,and not how much money they can get out of you.what is this world coming to.
