- TDThe DudeJan 23, 20181.0Terrible. Came in for a simple notary service, was greeted and told to wait in there "waiting room" which was about 3 chairs in the corner. Figured no biggie, it's Saturday, we'll wait a few minutes. A few turned into well over 30 with no one ever coming over to check on us. 5 bankers working and not a single one finished while we waited. Finally left after about 45 mins. Oh and during this time, my wife went up to a teller to get a money order, and the teller managed to screw that up, and then was rude about it. save yourself the trouble and go to a different branch. Wells as a whole is pretty good, but this branch is awful.
