- RRRoxanneJul 26, 20251.0I went into this branch to talk to them about money that had been taken out of one of my children's accounts I had four accounts with wings all with the same address but for some reason Wings kept flagging and taking money out of one of my childrens account so I informed the associate and she informed her senior banker Jenny and Jenny the senior banker told the association to tell me that it's not wings fault that it was my fault and that they weren't going to return my money so I ended up closing out my accounts and I've left the manager a message I'm going to see if she'll get back in touch with me and handle this situation and return my funds ******Add on 7/28 Wings took the money because of an address verification flag mind you I had three other accounts with the same address that's on my ID and money was never taken out of those accounts
- HAhailey annAug 8, 20221.0Just switched over from another bank and had to use the app to deposit my check as direct deposit didnt switch over yet THEY GET TO HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR 4 BUSINESS DAYS. Like why id this a thing at all i want my money when i put it in. Absolutely not okay

I was getting a $5 monthly invalid address fee charged against my balance for 2 years without me knowing. They had a valid email and phone number. I called to see if the fees could be reversed and they were only able to reverse 2 of them. I elected to immediately close my accounts with them. This is a terrible business practice and I will never recommend Wings to any of my friends or family.
- EKE KJun 5, 20161.0After working with Mary, who i thought was very helpful, I was told by Rachel that she had no authority to authorize the information she gave me. Because Rachel went back on what another bank employee told me, I was required to pay an additional $50 in loan fees. This was unacceptable and the credit union should have held up to the information they gave me! Very Poor Customer Service...I'll be moving my remaining loans to a different lender.
