Either way, this guy taught me so much about banking and how Wells Fargo scams their customers. The number of ways WF scams us is astounding and I didn't know until I was taught this and actually looked myself. Wells Fargo changed me over $4,000 (over approximately 10 years) to keep my accounts open with their "fees". There are SO many quality banks and credit unions out there that won't scam you. I didn't know this until this year. And I went to this location to cancel my account. Sure enough "they couldn't help me". Ridiculous. Find another bank. Please.
