Getting up and coming back to the window and never said a word. Few minutes later, another car pulls over on the other drive-through lane besides me. He starts greeting them and serving them. I kept waiting and and when I saw he isn't bothered and ignoring, I just left.

I was warned nyears ago but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They have made a serious mistake with my account. They just told me sorry we did bad we can't fix it but we are very sorry. This was not what you want to hear. Hope they start hiring responsible employees. I also will say go with your local credit union. Unless you want to be walked on.
