- LGLucy GeeCeeJan 29, 20241.0Way understaffed. My cash deposit today 1/29/24 took 20 minutes, including time standing in line. Drive-up was completely closed. There was only one lobby teller at 11am. She was snotty, super slow, and had to input my drivers license multiple times. She said it was because it was a Wisconsin license (I apologized for the delay, which was clearly my fault😂.) I had to point out that it was a Washington driver’s license, WA, after which it went through. There were also three bankers in the lobby, but apparently they aren’t cross-trained because none made an effort to help the ever-lengthening line. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over thirty years, live two blocks away, and was depositing a mere $70. Not acceptable customer service by any standard.
