- DMDarin MaysOct 15, 20241.0Stay away! Inconsistent policies and procedures. And rude. As a small business owner, I work with close to 100 business entities, and TruStone continues to be THE MOST DIFFICULT to work with. It's like they try to inconvenience their customers. A recent example: for over a year, I've been using their drive-through to deposit checks. I drop signed checks in with my debit card, let the teller know to deposit it into my business checking, and go on my way. Easy? Right? Wrong. Today, the teller decided a deposit slip is needed. When I asked, "Why, is this a new policy?" Rather than answering this question, they just kept saying,"Sir, please fill out a deposit slip. " ***Deposit slips are not required when debit cards are used with tellers.*** Even after explaining this has never been required, it was MORE IMPORTANT for this teller to remain "right" than to realize they might have made a mistake. Every month, it's a new issue, which keeps me guessing and makes it difficult to just run a repeatable business. Wasted hours = wasted money I can't wait to have the time to close out my account and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this takes time. Uff-da...
