- WHWilliam HalickiDec 31, 20254.0Was somewhat nervous about being charged extra fees on some pending charges but talked thru with a person online who said it will go thru normally hopefully it does simce I work hard for my money I dont wanna see it all go to waste amd such am gonna try and work harder on not using my card so much for transactions and such since I dont want to start being charged extra for pending charges but overall fairly good service online and in person

They are more accommodating than the "big boys" who seem to be so bound to their rules they can't do what makes sense. We were in over draft once because a deposit didn't clear on time. They forgave the charges. I have been unable to make a deposit to a student's account in a big bank, but had no problems at Firefly. I am able to do banking for my son who lives overseas without a problem. I haven't paid any fees for years. If you need a bank this is the one.
