- GMGin MarieJun 1, 20251.0Ever since Trustone took over, they have constantly charged late fees for a payment that disappeared------ever so conveniently---during that sale. I have direct transfer from one bank to Trustone, so the old bank was debited, but Trustone just never got it, they claimed. All I got was being patronized. I had to pay double to get caught up. THEN the late fees mysteriously started again. FOUR YEARS of payments deposited four days before due date, always charged a late fee. You do the math. I'm not a big customer, so all they do is sneer politely and refund one month. One customer is nothing. They won't miss me when I close my account Monday morning, but getting $25 stolen every month adds up.
