- NHNatalie HansonJun 7, 20171.0The worst bank I have ever banked with. Our debit cards wouldn't work in Mexico, even though we called in advance, and while we were there. We were told they can't guarantee they will work in a foreign country, left us money less in another country. Not open Saturdays. If you deposit a check after 4pm it's not available until the next business day and even though it shows funds are available online and on your deposit slip, they will site insufficient funds and assess an overdraft fee if you use it that night! And then make you feel like a jerk for calling and asking for an explanation. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and policies.
