- KKKaren KimbroughDec 5, 20252.0I should have left this bank years ago. I hate that they are a huge contributor to Big Oil. I stayed with them because I've been with Wells Fargo for 30-ish years. Despite all the times they've been in the news for practices that screw the customer. Despite my accounts being hacked over and over. They're finally going to get rid of me and thousands of other middle and low income customers. They did away with the checking account with no minimum and replaced it with $10 a month fees. Basically charging customers for living paycheck to paycheck. The next level up for checking accounts raised the amount you must have or be charged a fee. I can't guarantee to always have that much. See ya. We're going to another local bank.

All the illegal activities they have done, being in the pocket of Big Oil, and I have now been hacked 3 times. I need to change banks one of these days.

When I enter the business, their staff is friendly and absolutely there to take care of all of my needs! I came to Wells Fargo when the locally owned and operated bank that I had been banking at since I was just a child wouldn't help me out when I neeed them to. Wells Fargo has been my bank ever since because they were there when I needed help most.
