  I have been a member of Wings for almost 25 years. I also opened a Wings account for each of my grandchildren when they were toddlers. Recently, my oldest has been discussing the aspects of first time home buying. I advised him to get pre-qualified for a mortgage through Wings. He did go in to a Wings office. He filled out required papers, followed up with required banking info. He has graduated from college with a four year degree and has a professional position. He has a good credit rating. The Wings Mortgage person never followed up at all. My grandson called the mortgage person who said they would get back to him. No one from Wings ever got back to my grandson. My question: Obviously, this is not a professional Mortgage person representing Wings, but how do I explain this to a younger generation in my family?

  Someone accessed my account and withdrew quite a sum of money from my account. I called Wings immediately they waked me through te process and my account was made whole exepedisosly. Every representative I spoke to was more informative and courteous as the next. Thank you Wings.

  Third class bank portal. Ive wasted half-a-day just to link an external account through this ridiculous "Yadlee" but still not successful. Why don't you have any option to link via trial microdeposits, the time-tested age-old method in this dinosaur website?? Unbelievably ridiculous!!

  My mother passed away and I stopped at the Wings in Otsego looking for help with her account. The manager of that branch only gave me the canned response. "We cannot help without paperwork". Rather than helping to guide me through the process I got the same canned response until she turned rude. Other employees were kind until the manager stepped in. Hardly seems like a way to treat people. I dont hold this against Wing Financial. Just a disrespectful manager. Maybe in the future she can help rather than be rude.

  Wow! I could write several pages regarding the service I received from Lauren Weniger – Apple Valley Beings a senior I really appreciate her help with my account change to my Trust. I couldn't have done it without her and I had so many questions for her off and on. She was always there for me her kindness meant a lot to me and my wife. Lauren was so kind and patient with me so many times and it made my experience stress-free. I appreciate how quickly she got back to me with an answer. I thank her for being there for me when I needed it most. Her kindness meant a lot. Her willingness to help out and go above and beyond was truly appreciated. Making a Trust and having to do this and that like I had to do with Wings is not fun it’s a sad thing everyone should do. I won’t forget Lauren.
