Was very helpful and patient with me and taught me how to make future deposits by myself. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!
- JLJoe LevackJun 15, 20222.0Stopped in today at 1:30 to open an account for my son. There was 1 other customer with a banker, 2 tellers and a couple of other employees in the front office. The teller told me the 1 banker that they had working was not available until 4 pm. There are a dozen banker cubicles sitting empty. I left and called three other branches and not one answered the phone. I have already switched my larger accounts over to Wings. All my kids have Wells Fargo accounts and the app makes it convenient to transfer them money that is the only reason I continue to do any buisness there.

Had a bad experience at Eagan wells fargo yesterday. 15 people in line. 1 teller 20 bankers (suits) doing nothing. Time to switch banks. Customer service is non existent.
