- TTTrapper Doo (Trapper)May 28, 20231.0The ATM took my card and then crashed and powered down. Bummer, but it happens. I went to the Wells Fargo branch down the street to find out what to do. The teller told me to use the on-line app to cancel the card. In other words, “fix it yourself”. I asked her if she had the ability to do it for me and she said she did. I said, “well lets go ahead and have you do that then, since Im standing right here, 2 feet in front of you.” I would have preferred, “Sorry for the trouble, sir. Let me cancel that card and order a new one for you.” Nice customer service! I may take my banking business elsewhere.

Luckily, Iuliana was a total gem - super friendly and clearly explained to me how to use the coin handling tray and roll the coins. She even helped me sort my coins in between customers! Give that girl a raise!!
