We prefer local banks and switched to Neighborhood National Bank where you are treated with courtesy and respect. You are not just another number there. I called to check on someone depositing directly into our account from their Wells Fargo account and they said it couldn't be posted until atleast tomorrow. Not right in my opinion. And they switched me two times and said her line was Not secured and one said she didn't know to what state I was being transferred. We are in Alexandria, Mn. Last one I talked to was from Boise Idaho.. it just shows how important we are to them. NNB is personal and friendly and they get 5 stars all the time. Just letting you know why we don't send all our customers to you. Thankyou Pat
