- JJJasonJun 20, 20251.0Go there and cash a check is third check I've cash checks at other KeyBanks with no issues and to tell me that they can't tell me what their limit is and cash in a check You're a non-customer which I know what it is it's $1,500 oh I can't disclose that like they're feeling themselves important or they ain't got the money in that bank their root is rude people as ever they're very disappointing because I was in the area and I had to check on me to cash that was the closest bank they ought to close this establishment down and ain't doing anybody any good straight up very disappointing bank company

They needed documents from me and I sent it through email and no-one answered my calls or email for a whole week to confirm it was received. In the meantime my bank account was locked. I didn't even have access to it not even to check my balance online. Then when I visited the branch, I was told I didn't send the email. When I insisted I did they said oops it was under a pile of emails sorry 🤷, it will be fixed the next morning. Come 4pm the next day my account is still locked. I call the branch and no one picks up again. Shocker. I then call customer service and they say they need more documents. At this point I'm tired because my account has been locked for over 2 weeks now, so I decided to just go in person the next day to close my account and get my money back. Imagine my surprise when I get there they've already closed it 2 days ago when I visited the branch and no one said anything! Now I have to wait for a check to come in through the mail for God knows how long and I can't even verify they're sending me the right amount. Spare yourself time and money. Don't bank here
