- JFJesse FloresDec 13, 20251.0I have generally had positive experiences with this credit union, particularly with the bank clerks, who have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was overshadowed by a very negative interaction with a Member Service Manager. The manager, Anthony Holte, was extremely unfriendly and dismissive in his approach. While I was conducting legitimate business using a business account, I was treated in a manner that made me feel as though I was being suspected of fraudulent activity, despite there being no issue with my account or transaction. His tone and demeanor were unprofessional and created an uncomfortable and unnecessary experience. I want to be clear that my frustration is not with the institution as a whole or with the front-line clerks, who handled their responsibilities well. However, customer service at a managerial level should reflect respect, professionalism, and an assumption of good faith—especially when dealing with established business accounts. I hope the credit union addresses this issue, as interactions like this can significantly impact customer trust and confidence. Jesse Flores
