- JSJackie SchlusselAug 16, 20241.0Have had accounts there since it opened, maybe 20 years. First ten, pretty terrific, like you would expect from a neighborhood bank. Last few years...awful. With the exception of one familiar person, everytime I go in, I do not recognize one person. I feel like a stranger in a bank I have used for a very long time. I am probably switching to Comerica which is located between me and Flagstar. Because the employees are always new, nobody is friendly, no one is in the manager's office when I go there, and with the exception of Judy, the asst. manager, who is great but not there all the time, this place sucks!
