The atm couldn’t read card and said it was out of service. Luckily I had 25 mins which I would have been out of money to go inside to deposit but this bank is ridiculous and will change banks cause their hours is ridiculous and not open on weekends is ridiculous.

For those like me who doesn't get off work until 5pm, we no longer have the option to visit the bank branch at 6. Yes, the atm is available but can an ATM help with banking issues or if I needed a cashier check? NO... I'm very disappointed in the change and plan on switching my primary banking to a company who thinks more about their clients

He quickly responds and does his best to help us out with whatever the issue may be. I wish this bank were closer to my home as it has been much more helpful than the branch near my home.
