  I went in there to ask about a car loan. I am on ssdi. The bank office manager told me to get a job. She said her husband is full disability he work. I never in my life had a bank manager tell me to get a job to get a car loan. She never even put my information in. I have over 780 credit score never mess a payment. I am so disgusting with her. I felt so disrespected. It is again the law to tell a disabled person to get a job. I told her why i can not work and what my doctor said. She had the nerves to say i can not hire you. No s it really. My doctor has never released me to work. What the hell kind of training do you give these people. To be honest you are so close to huntington bank they let a haker steal my 32,000 from me and never got it back. I have no trust in banks anymore. They all make me sick. She should get fire. I hope this bank do something about it. 13 mile raod and hays. I wont go in that bank again. I might just move my money to another one.

  Ray Cela assisted me with my mortgage. I can't say enough nice things about him. He made my mortgage work in these crazy times. I ended up getting a gift from Flagstar and brought $0 to closing. I'm beyond happy. Thank you!!

  A bunch of low-life crooks. Absolutely incompetent workers at this branch and the manager couldn't be more useless. Be careful going to this den of thieves.

  I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff upon my arrival. I will avoid this branch even though its the closest location to my house. In fact, this is the last straw with FSB, I'm going change mortgage lenders.
