I completely understand rules & policies but it’s pretty low for one of your managers to call one of your loyal patrons a liar to their face, and then on top of that, make an appointment with them after telling them you can’t do anything for them and not reaching out to confirm the appointment. If another issue like this happens, we are more than happy to go through another bank.
