I am getting double charged for my insurance every month and I keep getting told to look elsewhere for the problem. At the end of the year I will be closing this account. I have been a member in good standing but apparently they are hiring people off the street with no customer service skills who aren't willing to do their job. Thanks for the 5 cents in dividends. I can get over 20 times that with my new bank

Why don’t you release my pay when the employer does the agent told me all we do we release it the day your employer does no you don’t. Yes we do. No you don’t cause I got direct deposit somewhere else and I get my money on Thursday. You guys don’t release it till 5 AM on a Friday so when you deal with customer service and the people on customer service don’t know their job that’s a problem
