They made an error when depositing my check, putting in the wrong amount instead of what was actually written. On top of that, trying to make any changes to my account has been nothing but a hassle. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I’ve had to go through unnecessary obstacles just to get basic things corrected. I expected better accuracy and service from a bank, but this has been a huge inconvenience.

I have finally been acknowledged by a girl in a tank top with visible tattoos all over her shoulders and arms, that she will be with me soon. Really? Professionalism at it's finest. It is now 9:10. Still no service. It is clearly time to change banks. Finally pulling out at 9:14.
