Next time, can you guys just call me and cancel instead of having me stare at your lobby wall on my lunch? Edit: The branch in question called me back and very professionally apologized for the holdup. I appreciate a bank that is willing to do that.

I said "Not from me" give me the check back. I went to the Benton Harbor branch and completed the transaction with out any issues. I have been a member for well over 10 years.
