The doors were locked!! As I stood outside someone opened the door and told me their lobby was open by appointment only & I needed to use the drive through for business. I consider this really poor customer service as I'm not the only person who prefers to do business face to face. I'd like this message relayed to Mercantile Management and this situation be rectified. Thank you. I've been a loyal customer for decades but maybe I need to look elsewhere...
