They have some of the shadiest policies you can think of so that they can steal as much money as possible. To make it worse, The staff acts like they are riding around on a giant white horse thumbing their nose at the peasants their customers are. “Rated most ethical bank” they must have given themselves that title, because they are far from ethical. If you enjoy giving your hard earned money to some criminal CEO, go to Old National. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

Whenever I was working on setting up a new account or card they were always incredibly helpful and responsive to my endless calls and questions.
